Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeEyes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you represent an organization (such as an NGO, educational institution, or corporate body), you confirm that you have legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Assistive Service Disclaimer

VibeEyes is an assistive spatial awareness tool providing real-time local AI guidance, audio descriptions, and haptic feedback. VibeEyes is NOT a replacement for primary mobility devices (such as white canes or guide dogs) or personal visual judgment. Users and caregivers retain full responsibility for personal navigation safety.

3. Institutional Licensing

Access to platform features is granted through annual organization license keys issued via the VibeEyes Admin Portal. Assigned license keys are non-transferable and permanently locked to the activated beneficiary account.

4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice, Oyo State, sitting in Ibadan, Nigeria.
