1. Zero Cloud Video & Audio Policy (On-Device AI)

VibeEyes operates on an Offline-First, On-Device AI Architecture. Real-time video feeds captured via smartphone cameras or connected USB-C/UVC wearable camera glasses are processed locally in temporary device memory (RAM) solely for real-time spatial awareness, face recognition, and object detection.

No Cloud Uploads: Camera feeds, visual frames, facial vectors, and raw audio are NEVER recorded, uploaded, stored, or transmitted to external cloud servers, AI providers, or third-party databases. All spoken descriptions and audio feedback are rendered locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal operational data required to authenticate users and manage institutional organization licenses:

• Account Credentials: Email address, hashed authentication credentials, or OAuth tokens (Google/Apple Sign-In).
• Organization & License Data: B2B/B2G license key assignments, activation timestamps, and institutional seat mappings.
• Billing Information: Transaction references processed via Paystack. We do not store full payment card details or banking credentials on our servers.
• Transactional Communication: Email notifications, security OTPs, and password recovery delivered via Resend.

3. Data Protection Rights & Account Deletion

In compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and global application store standards:

• In-App Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time in the app via Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
• Web Request: If you no longer have access to the app, email your deletion request to support@vibeeyes.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
