Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales of digital software licenses, institutional organization packages, annual user seat allocations, and platform access fees processed by KindredNest International are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once an order is completed, payment processed via Paystack, or a license key generated/issued, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.

2. Duplicate Charge Resolution

In the event of a verified double-charge resulting from a Paystack network or gateway processing glitch:

• Contact support at support@vibeeyes.com within 7 business days of the transaction.
• Include your Paystack transaction reference, proof of payment, and account email.
• Verified duplicate charges will be refunded directly to the original card or bank account via Paystack within 5 to 10 business days.
